Can a Polestar imported from China be fixed remotely?
Yes. OEM engineers in China connect to Chinese-version and export Polestar cars through an ENET cable and your Windows PC and run the factory diagnostic software: OTA updates, fault-code clearing, ECU coding, key programming and crash-lock recovery. Sessions from $130, quoted before you pay.
Built in China. Chinese-market Polestar 2 and 4 imports need the Chinese-market software path, which the European and North American dealer network cannot open.
