Who is behind EV Fix China?
A coordination team abroad and a network of OEM engineers in China.
EV Fix China exists because Chinese EVs leave China faster than the service network follows them. We connect owners and independent workshops anywhere in the world with the engineers who already use the manufacturers' diagnostic software every day, and we handle the booking, the quote, the connection and the paperwork in English.
Who actually works on the car?
Engineers who work for or with Chinese EV manufacturers and their dealer networks, based in China, using the OEM diagnostic and programming software with their own licensed accounts. They sign in to the same manufacturer cloud a dealer uses, which is why VIN-matched software, security authorisation and coding data are available to them and not to a workshop abroad.
EV Fix China is run by the team behind EV Supply China, which has supplied spare parts for Chinese EVs to workshops worldwide since 2026. The remote-repair service grew out of the same requests: a car nobody nearby can touch, and a part that needs coding once it arrives.
What can you count on?
Quote first
You get a fixed price in writing before anything is scheduled. The engineer confirms the fee before the session starts and you can decline at no cost.
No fix, no fee
If the engineer cannot do the job on your car, you do not pay for the session. You keep the diagnosis.
You watch everything
The session runs while you are on a call with us, with a live status in the connector app. You can pull the cable at any time.
A report every time
What was found, what was changed, which software versions are on the car now. Keep it for the next owner, workshop or insurer.
What will we not do?
- Odometer changes, emissions or safety-system defeats, or anything that hides a fault instead of fixing it.
- Work on a car we cannot identify by VIN, or that you cannot show is yours or your customer’s.
- Selling OEM diagnostic tools or licences. We rent you the engineers, not the software.
